My Experience

A public sector executive, he has served since 2022 as Head of the City Services Department for the Municipality of Carpi, a role encompassing General Services, Civil Registry Services, and City Relations.

He has held executive positions in local and state government bodies since 2020; prior to that, from 2008 to 2019, he worked as an official for various local authorities, holding diverse roles and responsibilities.

He has been listed in the National Register of Members of Independent Performance Evaluation Bodies (O.I.V.) since 2017 (initially in Band 1, and in Band 2 since 2021) and served as a member of a local authority’s O.I.V. from 2018 to 2024.

He holds degrees in Political Science (specializing in Organizational Science) and Economics (specializing in Public Policy Evaluation). He also holds a Master’s degree in Public Management and a specialization in Public Administration Studies, and he completed the 7th Competitive Training Course for public executives at the National School of Administration (Presidency of the Council of Ministers). He is an academic subject matter expert in the field of Public Management.
